Frequently Asked Questions
What type of photos should I upload?
We suggest taking 10 close-up shots of your face, 4 side profiles, and 6 shots from the chest up. A diverse selection of photos is essential for success. Photos that showcase a range of facial expressions, locations, backgrounds, and perspectives are most effective. Avoid looking directly at the camera in all photos, instead, try experimenting with different angles and perspectives.
High-quality images will give you the best results. If you like wearing makeup, keep it minimal in the photos, as it may be exaggerated in the avatars. No nudes! Swimwear and underwear are okay.
What file types can you upload?
We currently support JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, JFIF, TIFF, and RAW. We don't accept GIF or AVIF.
How long will it take to get my avatar pictures?
Your avatars should be ready within a few hours after you upload your photos.
What are you doing with my photos?
We take your privacy seriously and delete both the input photos and the AI model from the GPU servers within 24 hours of processing. You can also request to delete all of your data from our servers at any time. We keep a copy of the model on our servers to allow you to generate new images, but you can choose to delete it as well.
Is the payment secure?
Yes, we use Paddle as our payment provider. We do not store your credit card details.
Get I get a refund?
Yes, Just a heads up, once you upload your photos, we'll start training a custom AI model specifically for you. This process is costly for us, so please keep in mind that we won't be able to offer a refund after the training starts.
Why it's not free?
Training an AI is pricey because it takes a lot of resources to train it to generate photos of you. Just a heads up though, if you come across any companies that offer AI training for cheap or even free, just know that they're probably making money by selling your data - we don't sell your data.
